Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
- Open new customer reward program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
- Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Use networking and technology to pursue sales opportunities
