Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Engage customers via text and social media to grow sales
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide honest style and fit guidance to customers
- Fill orders, stock merchandise and re-merchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer-ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work varying schedules based on business needs
