Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product

- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
- Handle price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Be flexible to work in other departments as needed
