Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit recommendations with honest confident feedback
- Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
- Open new customer rewards accounts to expand relationships
- Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Maintain a customer-ready department and perform light cleaning
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
