Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and encourage Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
• Adapt to changing schedules and assist in other departments when needed.
