Retail Sales - Designer Women's Apparel

As a Retail Sales Associate in Designer Women's Apparel at our Palo Alto location, you will be passionate about fashion and styling, with the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following both digitally and in-store. You will play a key role in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise.
• Maintain the department's readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
