Job Description

Summary

As a Retail Sales Floor Support at Valley Fair, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the point of sale. You will assist customers with sales, returns, and transactions, while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
  • Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service by understanding customer needs and sharing your passion for fashion.
  • Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
  • Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
  • Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards programs.
  • Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
