Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide exceptional customer service and confident styling and fit advice
• Use selling tools and technology to drive sales and open rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer-ready
• Be flexible to work schedules based on business needs and occasionally support other departments
