Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on product fit and selection
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Work collaboratively with the team and assist in other departments as business needs require
- Use networking and technology to support sales goals

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

- Physical ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
