Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling support in the home department, building lasting customer relationships and achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide knowledgeable, confident feedback on products and style.
• Maintain product knowledge and support a customer-ready department through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support customer enrollment in the rewards program and work flexibly across departments as needed.
