Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and styling expertise in the Home department, driving sales both in-store and through digital channels using tools such as text and social media. Maintain department presentation, assist with merchandising tasks, and support team goals while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Cultivate and grow customer relationships and following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on product fit
• Use networking and technology to engage customers and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Complete price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
