Customer-focused salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals in the home department through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide style and fit advice with honest confident feedback
- Use selling tools to grow customer following and open rewards accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
- Maintain department cleanliness and customer ready presentation
- Collaborate with team and be flexible to work in other departments as needed
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong networking and technology use
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including varied hours
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
