Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and product feedback to customers
- Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work varied hours and schedules based on business needs
