Provide personalized service in the Home Department, helping customers find products while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Maintain a welcoming, customer-ready department and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, confident product guidance.
• Build customer relationships through outreach, digital tools, and follow-up after purchases.
• Set and work toward personal sales goals, using customer and sales tools effectively.
• Maintain the department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends, and support teammates as needed.

Requirements

• Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
