Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products.
• Use selling tools including text and social media to grow sales.
• Stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns.
• Fill orders and assist with digital order processing.
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships.
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready.
