Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media tools to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Participate in price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
