Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving sales in kids apparel and shoes through in-store and digital channels, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist customers with purchases including handling bulky items
- Work as part of a team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
- Maintain department readiness and appearance to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 25 pounds and perform frequent bending and reaching
