Summary

Salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales for kids apparel and shoes, building customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. The role requires use of selling tools including text and social media and flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit recommendations with honesty and confidence
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Open new rewards program accounts to deepen customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work flexible hours and occasionally support other departments
