Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice while achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Build lasting customer relationships, grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts, and support department operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders and restocking
• Perform remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Handle merchandise including lifting and frequent movement during shifts
