Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide honest and confident style and fit guidance to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships and retention
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the primary assigned area
- Maintain organization and follow through on tasks in a fast paced retail environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated with a goal oriented focus
- Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
