Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meets sales goals through use of selling tools including text and social media. This role provides excellent customer service, offers style and fit guidance, maintains product knowledge, and supports department readiness through merchandising and stocking. Schedule varies by week and flexibility to work in other departments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers and build lasting relationships
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Keep department customer ready through stocking and remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Handle merchandise including lifting and frequent movement during shifts
