The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role drives sales through personalized service, digital communication, and teamwork while maintaining department presentation and assisting across departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on style and fit
- Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain visual presentation
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
- Be flexible to occasionally work in other departments as business needs require
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
- Use technology and networking to support sales goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Interest in using technology and networking for sales
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
