Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other departments as needed
• Use technology and networking to support sales efforts
