Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on product fit and selection
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments when needed
- Use networking and technology to support sales objectives
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong interest in fashion and styling
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and reliable follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and handling merchandise and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
