Retail Sales - Kids' Apparel & Shoes - Barton Creek Square Mall

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and styling guidance while selling kids' apparel and shoes both in-store and through digital channels. Use text and social media to build and maintain a customer following and meet sales goals. Support department operations including stocking, re-merchandising, order fulfillment, and price markdowns. Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to customers
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain organized merchandise presentation
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to work in other departments when needed

• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and regular lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
