Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance to kids' apparel and shoe customers while building lasting customer relationships. Support sales goals through in-store and digital selling, delivering helpful service and developing strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, offer style and fit feedback, and encourage Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
