Summary

Provide fashion-focused customer service in the kids' apparel and shoes department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, offer style and fit guidance, and develop product knowledge.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist customers in other departments when needed.
