Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest advice on style and fit.
• Maintain product knowledge and help keep the department customer-ready through stocking, order fulfillment, and merchandising.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
