Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Use technology and networking to drive sales and open rewards program accounts
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Fill orders and keep the department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and assist in other departments as needed
• Maintain physical tasks such as lifting reaching and frequent movement during shifts
