Summary

Provide exceptional fashion styling and customer service to build lasting relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels. Use texting and social media as selling tools, assist with merchandising tasks, and support department needs with a flexible schedule. Promote customer programs and open rewards accounts to grow the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual and department sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers with styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to build loyalty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready department including light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally support other departments
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced retail environment
