Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fits and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and team sales goals in-store and via digital tools like text and social media
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready sales floor
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
- Support a respectful and body positive fitting environment for diverse customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
