Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring size and recommending fit and styles
- Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Participate in trainings to maintain fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the team on filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills to connect with customers
- Empathy sensitivity and body positive approach for intimate apparel fittings
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation and handling merchandise
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
