Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring size and recommending fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build lasting customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media
• Participate in trainings to maintain fashion and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the team on filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills to connect with customers
• Empathy sensitivity and body positive approach for intimate apparel fittings
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation and handling merchandise
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
