Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media.
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge.
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to support a customer-ready environment.
