Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending proper fit and styles.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals in-store and via digital channels.
- Use texting and social media to engage customers and drive sales.
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
- Collaborate with team members on merchandising, stocking, and re-merchandising tasks.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready.
- Provide empathetic and respectful service during intimate apparel fittings for diverse customers.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
