Summary
Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings to build lasting customer relationships and drive in-store and digital sales. Support department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and collaborative teamwork while maintaining empathy and body positive service during intimate apparel fittings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
- Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media tools
- Participate in training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-ready department through stocking and re-merchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the sales floor presentable
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Empathy sensitivity and commitment to body positive service for diverse customers
- Self-motivated with drive to achieve sales goals and use digital tools
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation and lifting up to 10 pounds regularly
- Occasional ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
