Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals both in-store and digitally.
- Collaborate with team members to merchandise, fill orders, stock product, and perform price markdowns.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department.
- Continuously update fashion and product knowledge through training and brand resources.
- Use networking and technology tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide respectful intimate apparel fittings for all body types.
