Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide exceptional service and honest style and fit guidance to customers
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and performing price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain visual standards
- Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using technology for sales

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail setting

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
