Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and recommend appropriate sizes and styles.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up.
- Achieve individual sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as text and social media.
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, restock merchandise and re-merchandise displays.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department.
- Participate in training to maintain product and fashion knowledge.
- Use technology and networking to drive sales and outreach.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide respectful fittings for diverse body types.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs.
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
