Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build lasting customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Collaborate with team members to fill orders and assist customers
• Stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
