Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling services to customers, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Meet sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department and staying current on product knowledge and fit techniques. Support team operations through stocking, merchandising, and light cleaning tasks. Perform physically active duties including frequent movement and occasional lifting as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and measure customers to recommend proper size and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via digital tools and social media.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Assist with filling orders, stocking merchandise, and remerchandising displays.
• Perform price markdowns and maintain accurate product presentation.
• Keep the department clean and customer ready with light cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and brand consultants to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
