Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling services to customers, build lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department. Receive training on bra fitting and use sales tools including text and social media to drive business. This role requires empathy, body positive approach, and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
• Achieve individual and department sales goals in-store and digitally
• Use networking and technology such as text and social media to drive sales
• Collaborate with team on stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Fill orders and assist with department organization and visual readiness
• Participate in training to maintain product knowledge and fit expertise
