Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services in-store, building customer relationships through expert fit and styling guidance and supporting both in-person and digital sales efforts. Maintain product knowledge and contribute to a customer-ready department through merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback to build customer loyalty.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media.
• Collaborate with team members to fill orders and assist with customer needs.
• Stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns.
• Maintain a clean and customer-ready fitting and selling environment.
• Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.

Requirements

• Prior retail or lingerie fitting experience preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and fit assessments.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Comfort using digital tools for sales and customer communication.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills for maintaining department standards.
• Reliable availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
