Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer trust and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and supporting department presentation and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media
- Meet individual and team sales goals and participate in performance based incentive programs
- Support merchandising activities including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist with digital and in-store sales processes
- Participate in training and continuous product knowledge development
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer ready department
