Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling advice to build customer relationships and drive sales both in-store and through digital tools. Maintain product knowledge through training and collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and sustain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and department sales goals in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through trainings
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready environment
- Use technology and networking to drive sales and engage customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with customers
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide respectful fittings for diverse body types
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
