Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending proper fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Use digital tools such as text and social media to drive in-store and online sales
- Work toward individual and team sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
- Maintain department presentation through stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Collaborate with brand consultants and participate in product and fashion trainings
- Support order fulfillment and assist with customer purchases
