The Lingerie Retail Salesperson provides personalized bra fittings and styling to enhance customer confidence while building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions. This role supports sales goals, participates in continuous product training, and helps maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising and light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest product feedback to build customer loyalty
• Achieve individual and team sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product and fashion knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
