Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer confidence and drive sales both in-store and digitally. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge through training, and support departmental presentation and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital channels.
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer ready environment.
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
