Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending fit and styles
- Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales goals in-store and through digital tools like text and social media
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge
- Collaborate with team to keep department customer-ready through stocking and remerchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed
- Fill orders and assist with inventory tasks
- Maintain empathy and body positive approach during intimate apparel fittings
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to provide sensitive and respectful fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
