Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
