Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide honest and confident styling and fit advice to customers
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Perform merchandising duties including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments as needed
- Use technology and networking to support sales objectives
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales
- Interest and ability to use digital tools and social media for selling
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
